A Testimonial from a Programme Participant
"Parallel Lives has been a lifeline for me when I was at my lowest point, grappling with desperation and confusion. I was fortunate to be referred to their women’s support group. Fast forward to week 11 of the program, and I can hardly believe the transformation I’ve undergone so far. The clarity and inner strength I’ve developed are truly invaluable. Throughout this journey (it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions), I’ve confronted some harsh realities about my situation, but, thanks to the unwavering support of the Parallel Lives team, I’ve been able to navigate through them with courage and resilience. The structured sessions cover important topics, providing information and tools I needed to reflect upon and progress along with a practical plan to start rebuilding my life. With the guidance and encouragement of Parallel Lives, I now have hope for myself not just to survive, but to thrive! I’m immensely grateful for the profound impact they’ve had on my life and the positive ripple effect it is starting to have on the rest of my family. Parallel Lives is unique – if you have the opportunity to do one of the courses, do it!"
