Family Transitions Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) helps parents navigate separation or divorce with confidence, using proven, evidence-based strategies. In five friendly, practical sessions, parents learn how to reduce conflict, support children’s wellbeing, and strengthen family relationships. The programme is research-backed, adaptable to individual needs, and focuses on building positive parenting skills that minimise the impact of change on children.

Purpose of Programme
To help parents adjust, cope, and thrive during separation or divorce, while minimising negative impacts on children. Through practical strategies and guided support, the course builds parenting confidence, strengthens co-parenting relationships, and reduces parental stress. By focusing on protective factors like positive parent–child interactions, it helps families create a stable, supportive environment where children feel secure and loved.

Safeguarding Measures
Suitable for all levels of need. Additional safeguarding support is provided by the delivering organisation. Facilitators are trained to work sensitively with parents while prioritising children’s wellbeing.
