The purpose of First Aid First Steps For Parents is to provide separated parents with guidance, tools, and emotional support grounded in leading research. The workshop helps parents understand the impact of conflict on children, develop healthier communication habits, and create stable, nurturing environments across both households. Parents leave with practical strategies to prioritise their children’s wellbeing and confidence to navigate post-separation challenges effectively.
