Purpose of Programme

To provide separated or divorced parents with immediate, flexible access to proven parenting tools. The programme reduces parental stress, improves co-parenting relationships, and strengthens protective factors for children. It offers research-backed strategies to create stability, manage emotions, and reduce conflict. Parents can adapt the learning to their unique circumstances, revisit materials at any time, and work entirely at their own pace.
