Parenting After Separation is designed to help separated and separating parents put their children’s wellbeing first, even when the relationship with their co-parent is difficult. The course gives parents practical tools to reduce conflict, communicate more effectively, and understand how separation affects children at different ages and stages.
Rather than focusing on the reasons for the separation itself, the course helps parents shift attention to what matters most going forward: creating a stable, low-conflict environment where children feel safe, secure, and loved by both parents. It’s suitable for parents at any stage of separation, whether newly separated or years into co-parenting, and is often completed alongside family court proceedings or on a solicitor’s recommendation.
