The Co-Parenting Method Programme is designed to reduce parental conflict, improve communication, and promote emotional stability for children after separation. Based on over 16 years of research and work, it provides a structured, six-step framework proven to help parents build cooperative, low-conflict co-parenting relationships. By combining practical tools, coaching, memory techniques and workbooks, as well as live sessions and 1-2-1 support, the programme empowers parents to move from reactive patterns to intentional, child-focused decision-making—creating a more secure environment for both parents and children.
