This 6-week, 1-2-1 online programme helps separated parents give their children what they need most: a childhood.  With clear, practical tools grounded in research and experience, you’ll learn to strengthen communication, reduce conflict and create stability.  You will learn to nurture a coparenting environment where your children feel safe, seen, and supported during and long after your divorce.

"I recently completed a 6 week 1 to 1 parenting course and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Heather's positive attitude and ability to make the course enjoyable, interactive and thought provoking has given me a much better understanding of my son, what drives his behaviour and how to respond in challenging situations."

David ( Father of one)
